HOW DO I CHECK THAT I AM PURCHASING FROM AN AUTHORISED SOURCE? We cannot gaurantee products bought from any other source claiming to sell genuine Gelish. We cannot, and will not support any customers who have purchased from any unofficial sources.

  • Sellers should own the Intellectual Property Rights to the trademarked products they are selling. Request proof that they have this.
  • Sellers who are importing Nail Harmony Products such as Gelish, GHG and Fusion Acrylic, need to abide by the REACH laws that govern importing of hazardous goods. Request proof that they are members of REACH.
  • Sellers should be VAT registered. Ask for their VAT number.
  • Sellers should be paying CUSTOMS charges, ask for proof that they are.
  • Sellers should not be vague about their contact details, these should be readily available: TEL NUMBER, POSTAL ADDRESS & EMAIL ADDRESS
  • Sellers should be able to provide a VAT receipt with any purchase.
